Welcome to Beezi Global! These Terms and Conditions ("T&C" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our social media automation and scheduling services, available through our website at socialmedia.beeziglobal.com (the "Service"). This is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Beezi Global (NS0257809-W) ("Beezi Global," "we," "us," or "our").


By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree to these T&C, you must not use our Service.


1. Definitions

3. License to Use the Service Subject to these T&C and your payment of all applicable fees, Beezi Global grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.


4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to:

      • Violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 of Malaysia.
      • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets.
      • Upload or transmit Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
      • Engage in any form of spamming, phishing, or other fraudulent activities.
      • Use the Service to transmit viruses, worms, or any other malicious code.
      • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of other users.


5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Beezi Global's Rights: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the website, software, and any proprietary technology, are owned by Beezi Global. These rights are protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its software.

  • Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the Content you upload to the Service. By uploading Content, you grant Beezi Global a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce,modify, and display the Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the Content you submit.


6. Payments and Refunds

  • Subscription Fees: Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis, as detailed on our website. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as they become due.

  • Billing: We use a third-party payment gateway to process payments. By providing your payment information, you authorize our third-party provider to charge you for the fees owed.

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement between you and Beezi Global.


7. Third-Party Services The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Beezi Global does not make any express or implied warranties or representations, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.


9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Beezi Global shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beezi Global, its officers, directors, employees,and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these T&C, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.


11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these T&C.

  • You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at hello@beeziglobal.com. Upon termination, you will lose all access to the Service and any Content stored within your Account.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.


13. Changes to the T&C We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated T&C on our website or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised T&C constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
